✓ Must be an outstanding organizer, people coordinator, a graceful solver and sound delightful on the phone. You will be fielding calls from older adults, medical care providers, strategic partners and our amazing and invaluable caregivers.
✓ Especially since we are often caring for very well-known people and families, you must be trust-worthy and you are required to exercise the utmost discretion and not gossip or mention any personal details about our clients to friends, family or socially.
✓ When our clients own multiple homes, you must coordinate logistics so there is no interruption of care and our clients stay safe, happy and very impressed.
✓ Since we are the chosen provider for some of the most impressive luxury senior living facilities in the state of Arizona, you must learn and always abide by their rules, and help us maintain our solid relationships. You must remain familiar with our key contacts, and keep everything well documented and updated, and offer service and solutions to levels that continuously impress them and reinforce their loyalty to us.

✓ Our TPC client services coordinators in the field are often texting, emailing and calling you with quick updates and request. They are often out driving from one commitment to the next, and need to rely on you to take the issue or need and run with it to its best conclusion…and to keep everything organized.
✓ There’s light rotating on-call responsibilities and the occasional need for you to run and save the day when it’s ever needed.

★ Your commitment to even jumping in your car and filling in for someone in the case of an extreme emergency is appreciated because this does occur now and then! The better you are at your job, the less emergencies arise.
★ You must have advanced skills with CRMs, Project Management Systems, MS Office/Office 365 and social media, or have a natural affinity toward mastering technology and implementing processes and creating training screenshares on-the-fly so we maintain smooth sailing while we keep growing!
