Ed
Kelley
Co-Owner, TPC Tennessee
Ed Kelley, an eighth-generation Nashvillian and descendant of one of Tennessee’s First Families, has been deeply rooted in the Nashville community through generations of active family engagement.
Ed and his siblings devoted over twenty years to overseeing their parents’ in home 24/7 care. This journey, marked by the heartbreak of losing his mother due to an oversight by an untrained caregiver, laid bare the critical flaws within the caregiving industry.
This personal experience sparked a determination to create a better caregiving solution within the Nashville area, a vision that eventually led to the founding of The Perfect Companion of Tennessee in 2024.
Through an introduction from a mutual connection, Ed met Jon Siegel, founder of The Perfect Companion in Arizona, who shared a similar passion for transforming senior care and a new partnership was formed.
Their shared ambition is to revolutionize the caregiving process, leveraging Ed’s extensive corporate experience and Jon’s existing blueprint for success in Arizona.
Beyond his professional life, Ed is deeply engaged in his church and local volunteer work, illustrating his commitment to his community. He shares his life with his wife, two daughters, two sons, and their dog, embodying the values of family, faith, and service.
