JULIA SEYMOUR

Julia's passion for homecare and helping others took root early in life. Growing up around her father's homecare company in California, she saw firsthand the impact of compassionate care on families. She began working as a caregiver in high school, where she discovered her love for the field and for supporting families through life's biggest transitions.

Julia graduated Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University in three years. During her three years with the Women in Business Club at GCU, she mentored freshman girls, helping them build career goals, strengthen their resumes, grow their confidence, and prepare for interviews. She gained further industry experience through internships, first with Qualicare Homecare in San Diego, California, and later with The Perfect Companion in Phoenix, Arizona.

For over a year, Julia has brought a refined, concierge-level approach to her role as Concierge Care Administrator at The Perfect Companion, curating seamless, attentive experiences for every client and family she serves. Highly detail-oriented, she manages long-term care insurance, billing, and the many moving pieces that keep operations running smoothly, all while staying focused on what matters most to her: helping families feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Julia is very active, enjoying hiking, camping, and going on adventures with her husband and dog. She's also involved in her church, plays pickleball, and loves spending time with friends and family.
