VP Administration
Cat Stone (Pjetraj) brings a decade-long tenure of administrative excellence and a compassionate heart for the elderly to her role as VP Administration at The Perfect Companion. After earning her Bachelor of Music from Belmont University, Cat embarked on a globe-trotting adventure as Assistant Cruise Director aboard luxury cruises tailored to retirees and seniors. As ACD, Cat spearheaded entertainment as a Principal Singer, coordinated the crew and guest entertainment schedules, and ensured impeccable guest experiences. It was in this role that Cat’s passion for music intertwined with a newfound dedication to enriching the lives of seniors, as interacting with guests not only showcased her musical talents but also ignited a profound commitment to fostering companionship among the elderly.
Cat’s transition from her career at sea came when her grandfather suffered a severe stroke, prompting her to leave work and become a primary caregiver for both of her grandparents. After their passing, Cat penned her song “Who I Was (Montana Memories),” as both a tribute to her grandmother’s battle with Alzheimer’s and a testament to her dedication to preserving the dignity and memories of the elderly.
Cat has spent her time in Nashville releasing music, leading administrative teams, and caring for the elderly. Most recently Cat was the Treatment Coordinator at Songstad Dental Group where she excelled in managing intricate schedules, facilitating smooth operations, and fostering positive patient experiences. Cat simultaneously spent the last year providing care for her 91-year-old friend by serving as an overnight provider. Cat’s multifaceted background in music, caregiving, and administration uniquely positions her as a dynamic leader at The Perfect Companion.
